Mark Player Availability

Mark who is in or out for a game before you build the batting order or fielding plan.

Before you begin

Section titled “Before you begin”
  • Make sure you have already opened the game prep page.
  • Make sure you have already clicked Initialize prep.

Steps

Section titled “Steps”
  1. Open the game you want to prepare.
  2. Go to Player Availability.
  3. Review the list of players in the roster snapshot for that game.
  4. Click Mark unavailable for any player who is out.
  5. If a player becomes available again, click Mark available.
  6. Review the available count before you move on.

Notes

Section titled “Notes”
  • All players start as available when you initialize prep.
  • The batting order and fielding plan follow the availability list for that game.

Result

Section titled “Result”

The game will reflect who is available and unavailable for that team.
